Cancellations

Services cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time are non-refundable unless due to sickness or injury
Weekly Day School reservations are subject to cancellation during peak boarding times
Boarding cancelled within one week of the start of service forfeits 50% deposit for high volume weeks (holidays, summer, school vacations)
Services cancelled by Fluxpack for any reason are fully refundable or transferable for future services

No Day School on most recognized Holidays. Check email and/or social media to confirm!
- New Years Day, MLK Jr Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
No Boarding pick up or drop off on the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Boarding Services are always available

Pick Up and Drop Off windows are as follows:
- Weekdays 8-9 AM & 4-6 PM
- Weekends 9-10 AM & 5-6 PM
All dogs in training with Fluxpack are eligible for Day School & Boarding services

Day School & Boarding services are centered on maintenance of known skills and enrichment customized to your dog's daily needs

Focused Training Days & Focused Boarding packages available upon request
Focused Training is centered on tackling new goals and skills and may include a variety of options from Basic to Advanced Obedience to Ecollar conditioning to Agility!

Social exposure programs center on safe socialization and determination of the individual's social boundaries & preferences
1x1 matched play and small play groups are our standard
All dog's friends are noted and recorded in our systems to ensure progressive and thoughtful social matching and play style
